Teamleiter (m/w/d) Supply Chain

Jobübersicht:

• Fachliche Führung und Steuerung des Teams Operativer Einkauf auf Basis der definierten Kennzahlen (KPI)

• Fachliche Führung und Steuerung des Teams Produktionsplanung Molding Department auf Basis der definierten Kennzahlen (KPI)

• Verantwortlicher Inventory Champion für den Standort Adelberg

• Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse, Systeme und Reports in Bezug auf die betreuenden Umfänge

• Einführen, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Supply-Chain nach LEAN-Management Gesichtspunkten

• Risikoüberwachung und -minimierung in Bezug auf den Beschaffungsmarkt und die Lieferketten

• Initiierung und Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten zur Erhöhung von Materialverfügbarkeit und Versorgungsstabilität sowie ständiges Monitoring der Bestände

• Verantwortlich für die Lösungsfindung intern und extern zur Einhaltung der Materialverfügbarkeit und Versorgungsstabilität

• Schnittstelle zum Lieferanten insbesondere bei der Mahnung und Eskalation von nicht eingehaltenen Mengen- und Terminabsprachen

What your background should look like:

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung und/oder Hoch- bzw. Fachhochschulausbildung im (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen.

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen operativen Einkauf, Disposition oder Produktionsplanung von Industrieprodukten inklusive erste Führungsverantwortung

• Fähigkeit Daten zu aggregieren und zu analysieren und daraus entsprechende Handlungsalternativen, -strategien abzuleiten

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.

• Eigenständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsstil.

• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie SAP (PP, MM) von Vorteil
