Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Support Quality team in various administrative support such as document verification in customer portals comparing various complaint from customer. Supporting on various documentation process on customer quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the international internal customers in English

  • Working with various customer portals

  • Support on customer data audit with internal TECHS system

  • Proactive Escalation management

  • Customer scorecard retrieval and repository posting

  • Customer Scorecard Management

  • Customer documentation support

  • Customer follow-up on obtaining their scorecard

  • Active participation in various internal quality call

  • Participate on continuous improvement projects aligning TEOA

  • Assisting Stake holders in processing warranty Parts, creating PPAP requests, tracking customer complaints etc

  • Assisting Quality Engineers in publishing PSW's approved by customers to Doclink to start manufacturing.

Competencies And Experience Required/Desired

  • Bachelor’s degree or Business related

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in comparable area

  • Knowledgeable in SAP, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), Web Portals

  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)

  • Time Management

  • Customer Service focused

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team player

  • Highly motivated

  • Performance oriented

  • Willingness to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks

  • Flexible to work in different time zones as per business requirements.
