Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Team Leader's are responsible for the day-to-day operations and short/long-term planning for the groups they manage. They manage manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, etc. focusing on the development of technologies and continuous improvement and translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes. The Team Leader will report to the Production Supervisor. They will have production responsibility for the running of the area and maintain the production metrics on an hourly/shift basis.

What your background should look like:

• HETAC Level 6 or Level 7 in a relevant discipline is an advantage

• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.

• SAP experience is highly desirable.

• Experience in problem-solving and using Lean tools
