Job Overview

Instaan voor de operationele aansturing, opvolging en ontwikkeling van een team met als doel het behalen van de vooropgestelde afdelingsdoelstellingen en een hoge medewerkerstevredenheid.

Taken

• Opmaken van de werkplanning op korte, middellange en lange termijn rekening houdende met capaciteit en kennis binnen de afdeling en dit waar nodig in samenspraak met de andere operationele afdelingen.

• Voeren van selectiegesprekken met kandidaat-medewerkers.

• Aansturen van medewerkers binnen de afdeling met het oog op het behalen van de vooropgestelde afdelingsdoelstellingen.

• Dagelijks opvolgen, coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers binnen de afdeling (inclusief het voeren van loopbaangesprekken).

• De nodige acties initiëren bij wijzigende omstandigheden en in geval van problemen.

• Scholen van veiligheids- en werkplaatsinstructies en waken over de naleving ervan tijdens alle handelingen.

• Initiëren, ondersteunen en/of omzetten van diverse projecten.

Profiel:

• Je beschikt over coachende vaardigheden.

• In het kader van een vlotte informatie- en kennisoverdracht, ben je flexibel wat betreft werkuren.

• Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel naar medewerkers, collega’s als leidinggevenden, zodat iedereen op een correcte manier de nodige feedback krijgt.

• Je werkt gestructureerd, bent een doorzetter, en denkt graag ‘out-of-the box’.

• Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.

• Je bent gedreven, resultaatsgericht en gaat vlot om met (organisatorische) veranderingen.
