Die Teams für fortlaufende Verbesserung von TE Connectivity erstellen Programme und Projekte zur Verbesserung von Produkten, Dienstleistungen oder Prozessen, abgestimmt auf die Unternehmensstrategien, und setzen diese um. Sie schulen Teams, erstellen Leistungskennzahlen und unterstützen Prozessexzellenz.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie sind verantwortliche für die Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen von Material- und Inforationsflüssen für Produktgruppen und stoßen Optimierungen an

• Sie betreuen die Wertstromaufnahme und bauen ein vertieftes Verständnis von Werkskennzahlen auf und leiten Optimierungen auf Produktebene ab

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Fertigung, Planung und Controlling

• Projekte aus der Wertstromtransformation selektiv leiten und termingerecht liefern

• Kaizen Events durchführen und Mitarbeiter auf Kaizen coachen

• LEAN-Fundamente beherrschen und Schulungen anbieten

• Durchführung diverser LEAN-Routinen u.a. Monatsabschluss von Werkskennzahlen zusammen mit diversen Teams

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder Techniker

• Ausbildungsbasis im Bereich Planung, LEAN oder Prozessentwicklung

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Praxiserfahrung sind wünschenswert

• Six-Sigma oder Greenbelt Trainings vorteilhaft

• Kenntnisse in LEAN-Tools

• Sicher im Umgang mit IT und Standard-Software

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint

• Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Teamplayer mit Fokus auf Problemlösungen
